The Suite Experience- $55 Per Hour

Designed for wedding weekends and multi-day events, The Suite Experience provides one-on-one in-room childcare for families staying on hotel or resort property. A dedicated Little Plus One caregiver comes to them — no drop-off, no unfamiliar spaces, no compromises. We welcome children from six weeks and up.

What’s Included:

• Hourly in-room hotel childcare

• 1 on 1 family to caregiver service

• Curated age-appropriate activities for children

• Summarized note of activities and care provided to parents at the end of care

• A minimum of 4 hours required

The Essential Experience- $800

The perfect introduction to premium event childcare. The Essentials Experience provides a warm, safe, and engaging environment where little ones are cared for with intention — giving parents the freedom to enjoy every moment of your event.

What's included:

• Up to 4 hours of care

• 1–2 trained caregivers

• Supervised free play & structured activities

• Calm/rest area setup

• Age-appropriate toys & materials

Ideal for intimate gatherings, shorter celebrations, and events with a smaller group of children.

The Signature Experience- $1,100

Our most popular package — elevated, thoughtful, and designed to impress. The Signature Experience goes beyond basic childcare to create a curated mini event for the children, complete with activity stations, a relaxation area, and real-time communication with parents throughout.

What's included:

• Up to 6 hours of care

• 2–3 caregivers based on group size

• Curated activity stations (crafts, games & quiet play)

• Relaxation area

• Light snack supervision (snacks provided by client)

• Parent check-ins & text updates

Ideal for weddings, milestone celebrations, and events where children are a meaningful part of the guest list.

The Full Plus One Experience- $1,600

The ultimate in luxury event childcare. The Full Plus One Experience is a fully customized, immersive childcare event designed around your children — from a personalized welcome to a curated activity plan built around their ages and interests. This is childcare, elevated.

What's included:

• Up to 8 hours of care

• Full childcare team

• Customized activity plan based on children's ages

• Themed play stations

• Movie & wind-down setup

• Personalized welcome for each child

• Real-time parent communication throughout the event

Ideal for full-day events, corporate conferences, luxury weddings, and any occasion where only the best will do.

Add-ons are available with any package and must be requested at the time of booking.

Additional Expenses

• Travel Fee | $50 flat fee for venues located 20–30 miles from Dallas (75226).

For venues exceeding 30 miles, please contact Little Plus One Co. directly for a custom quote.

• The Suite Experience requires a $50 booking deposit to secure on-site childcare

• The Essential, Signature, and Full Plus One Experience requires 30% of total deposit to secure on-site childcare services

  *Deposits are non-refundable and goes towards the booking total.
